Book Launch w/Rose Bingham

Rose Bingham has written an easy-to-read, detail-rich, story of her memories as a little girl during the years 1940-1947 on her Polish grandparents’ farm. You will learn about a Midwestern farmstead and the buildings that made it up, especially the farmhouse. Rose writes about how to have fun on a farm in the 1940s before TV and cellphones. Things like tire swings and county fairs provided hours of entertainment. Rose did an excellent job of capturing what Midwestern farm life was like when she was a little girl. Join Rose at the Kilbourn Public Library on Saturday, October 19 from 1-3 pm for her book launch.
